2005 South Central
Regionals hosted
at Tri-Lakes in Zachary, Louisiana came to an end Sunday
afternoon under clear skies, and extremely hot
temperatures. Our THANKS go to Jay & Anne Bennett and their entire staff
for providing the excellent site and great Louisiana hospitality.

Action in the Men's 3 Slalom
on Friday resulted in a run-off
between Chad Baker (The Colony, TX) and Scot Jones (Lafayette, A). After
finishing in a tie with scores of 4 @ 10.75 each, Jones prevailed to take the
title. Scott Greenwood (Little Rock, AR) finished in 3rd place .

At Friday
nights
Membership Meeting Jerry Bautsch was elected National Director replacing Nikki
Lee and Bob Mayhew was elected EVP for another term.

Summer Membership Meeting Scheduled

The South Central Region will hold an important Membership Meeting on
Friday evening (July 22, 2005), during the Regionals at Tri-Lakes in Zachary, LA.
A revised edition of the region's By-Laws will be presented for a vote.
